CPA Ontario - User research driving decisions for over 120,000 Ontario CPAs

Conducted extensive research for CPA Ontario to improve critical sections of their website for Prospects, Students, and Members. The project involved interviewing over 150 users, despite the challenges of scheduling and coordination.

Challenges

Managing and coordinating interviews with over 150 users was complex. The goal was to gather insights to guide the strategic redesign of the website’s most critical sections.

Results

Delivered a comprehensive 170+ page testing report, which informed the CPA Ontario team’s redesign. The new design significantly improved user navigation and engagement, leading to better key performance indicators (KPIs) across the site.
